Neuroscientist, Psychologist and best-selling author

The Client

Rick Hanson is a world-renowned neuroscientist, therapist and best-selling author. His best-selling books The Buddha's Brain, Hardwiring Happiness and Just One Thing have produced powerful results with hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.

The Challenge

Rick's newsletter, Just One Thing, is received by hundreds of thousands of people each week. But appreciating the difference between instruction and installation Rick wanted a companion program that would fill in the gap: One that would help people install the lessons and benefit from them for the long term.

The Vision

Since Just One Thing is about integrating self-directed positive behaviors into everyday life Rick wanted to create a practice program that would leverage his lessons with the best of modern science and technology. And be available anytime anywhere on any device.

The Solution

The Just One Minute Program was created using Pollinate and consists of 52 sessions. The sessions include Rick’s audio instruction and education, instructional steps, reflections, journaling exercises, reminders, and more. Users are guided through a Program that deepens engagement, provides structure and reward, and that gets results per the users' feedback.

iRest Daily Practice

Anne Douglas Senior iRest Trainer, IRI

Anne Douglas
Senior iRest Trainer, IRI

The Client

The Integrative Restoration Institute (IRI) provides programs and teacher trainings that help people live a contented life, free of conflict and fear, by opening their mind and body to its inherent ground of health and well-being. IRI's vision is to help people resolve their pain and suffering by rediscovering their essential wholeness and their interconnectedness with all of life.

The Challenge

Not everyone can attend an in-person training, and IRI wants to give a solid introduction to iRest for those interested to learn the meditation protocol for individual reasons and also for potential future teacher trainees to learn more about the program.

The Vision

IRI wants to provide access to the teachings of iRest and Yoga Nidra to as many people as possible in a format that allows for a self-guided and interactive experience with their 10-step meditation protocol.

Our Solution

Anne Douglas, board member and senior iRest trainer, developed a 14-day introductory program to support both experienced practitioners as well as novices. By working with Pollinate IRI created iRest Daily which provides daily guided practice of iRest via any device.

Marilee Bresciani Ludvik, Ph.D.
Professor at San Diego State University

The Client

INIQ uses guided exercises and a thought provoking curriculum to combine multiple sources of information to promote peace and compassion through conscious choice-making. By integrating knowledge from research and academic learning with the wisdom gained from intuition, sensing, and the mindful experiencing of emotions, participants are given the ability to regulate stress and creatively problem solve while experiencing ambiguity.

The Challenge

Burnout rates among students and faculty in colleges and graduate school programs are at an all-time high. While the problem is well-documented, few stress management, reduction and prevention programs have had meaningful impact.

The Vision

Dr. Bresciani Ludvik and her team wanted to engage students and faculty at various academic institutions to practice mindfulness, emotional intelligence and proven leadership skills on a daily basis in order to shift negative behaviors towards self-directed, positive habits.

Our Solution

Dr. Bresciani worked with Pollinate to create a library of INIQ programs (6 week, 8 week, 10 week and 16 week practice programs). By delivering guided video, audio and other activities, participants are able to practice mindfulness, emotional intelligence and leadership skills on a daily basis.

Rochelle Calvert, Ph.D.
Therapist & Founder of New Mindful Life

The Client

Dr. Rochelle Calvert has studied mindfulness for over 13 years and leads numerous classes/seminars including Mindfulness- SIT, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness for Clinicians, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness Based Eating and Mindful Parenting.

The Challenge

While clients and participants are very engaged during live courses, workshops and individual counseling sessions, maintaining a consistent practice is frequently challenging. Dr. Calvert knew it was critical to continue supporting many students beyond their courses.

The Vision

Dr. Calvert wanted to provide an ongoing mindfulness practice program for both her course/workshop participants as well as individuals working to establish a daily mindfulness meditation practice.

Our Solution

Dr. Calvert and her team created a 6-week introductory training-in-mindfulness program designed to introduce mindfulness practices in a simple and clear progression to integrate mindfulness into clients' daily lives. By working with Pollinate they created the New Mindful Life Six-week Introduction Training in Mindfulness-SIT.

Lee Glickstein Founder of Speaking Circles International

Lee Glickstein
Founder of Speaking Circles International

The Client

Speaking Circle programs transform the way people communicate by focusing on the essential first step missing in conventional public speaking trainings — true attunement between speaker and listeners. This relationship-based approach gives participants the time and gentle attention to discover how to express themselves clearly in their own unique style, without using performance techniques.

The Challenge

Reaching a larger audience while not losing the 'high-touch', experiential impact of the program.

The Vision

Speaking Circles founder, Lee Glickstein, wanted to create a stand-alone program that enables participants to cultivate their public speaking skills via daily practice of key activities and exercises.

Our Solution

Speaking Circles implemented a 21-day program called 21 Days to Public Speaking Ease that offers daily guided videos and journaling activities to promote greater self-awareness of public speaking fears and daily practices to overcome those fears.
