INIQ uses guided exercises and a thought provoking curriculum to combine multiple sources of information to promote peace and compassion through conscious choice-making. By integrating knowledge from research and academic learning with the wisdom gained from intuition, sensing, and the mindful experiencing of emotions, participants are given the ability to regulate stress and creatively problem solve while experiencing ambiguity.
Burnout rates among students and faculty in colleges and graduate school programs are at an all-time high. While the problem is well-documented, few stress management, reduction and prevention programs have had meaningful impact.
Dr. Bresciani Ludvik and her team wanted to engage students and faculty at various academic institutions to practice mindfulness, emotional intelligence and proven leadership skills on a daily basis in order to shift negative behaviors towards self-directed, positive habits.
Dr. Bresciani worked with Pollinate to create a library of INIQ programs (6 week, 8 week, 10 week and 16 week practice programs). By delivering guided video, audio and other activities, participants are able to practice mindfulness, emotional intelligence and leadership skills on a daily basis.
