Dr. Rochelle Calvert has studied mindfulness for over 13 years and leads numerous classes/seminars including Mindfulness- SIT, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness for Clinicians, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness Based Eating and Mindful Parenting.
While clients and participants are very engaged during live courses, workshops and individual counseling sessions, maintaining a consistent practice is frequently challenging. Dr. Calvert knew it was critical to continue supporting many students beyond their courses.
Dr. Calvert wanted to provide an ongoing mindfulness practice program for both her course/workshop participants as well as individuals working to establish a daily mindfulness meditation practice.
Dr. Calvert and her team created a 6-week introductory training-in-mindfulness program designed to introduce mindfulness practices in a simple and clear progression to integrate mindfulness into clients' daily lives. By working with Pollinate they created the New Mindful Life Six-week Introduction Training in Mindfulness-SIT.
